ROYAL BANK OF CANADA
Each year we are tasked with the honour of providing creative ideas and putting them into production for the families of the Royal Bank of Canada.
Christmas for this client is an important time for families to come together and enjoy it as part of a team. We keep these values in mind all the way from the organisation of the cue down to the little details of entertainment that would make a Christmas party and experience to be remembered.
We kept it more traditional this year with the use of giant sleighs for photo opportunities, twig trees lit in reds and golds and a bespoke entrance arch we created from giant presents.
The room was decorated in sections giving each area its own unique personality. This allows guests to roam the venue and be amazed time after time.
THE INITIAL IDEA
HOW WE DID IT
Once we were able to complete our site visit we got to work on the designs. Creating floor plans, assessing budgets and allocating roles to the team. This would allow us to be as creative as possible once the client had been happy enough with the experience we were supplying them.
All the designs we created prior to loading on site through sketches and CAD so that when it was time for the team to build, we were confident it would look just as we and the client had imagined. Lighting from the venue complimented our own along with luxury red draping, street lamps and giant wooden barrels set the scene.
Lets no forget of course the big man himself. Our Father Christmas was given his own set, made to look and feel like the inside of a log cabin. we used an old rug, logs to accompany the old fireplace and Norwegian fur Christmas trees lit in old fashion tungsten bulbs.
Although this Christmas party was for all the family we had to take into consideration it is a children's party so to top it off, we provide interactive craft stands, face painting, photo booths and walkabout entertainers throughout the day.
